No signal

44.5 degree Elevation
Clear , No blocking
I bought this thing to check signal
Connect one side, I checked online, I learned that it should make whistle sound even you don't connect the other end to the LNB.
Turn on the receiver, but no light on yet.
complete both ends, still nothing.
